20840 - Open Windows button on Taskbar does nothing

From the n.p.m.xpfe posting,  "the open windows button" means the XUL button
called "Open Windows" on the Taskbar at the bottom of each Mozilla window.
It is still not working, although the list of open windows is appearing at the
bottom of the Tasks menu.

Tested with: 2000-01-05-08-M13 nightly binary on Windows NT 4.0sp3.

Bouncing this one back to you, Eli -- this has been prescreened as something
for the browser owner, but I don't think [e-mail] is an engineer...
or should this go to the XUL component?

Attachment: I seperatly got the menus working. However I feel all the code was there and the bug was actually that popup="mozillaPopup" didn't work (ie unfinshed XUL parser)

this is VERIFIED fixed on all platfroms with the 2000022308 builds with the caveat that although it is implemented it does not 
work properly on linux. Bug 28626 details that.
