When I try typing "google.com" into the Address Bar, Phoenix "auto-completes" it
to "http://www.google.com.com". Also, it doesn't open a new tab.
(I *did* search for this bug being already filed, since it's so simple and
prominent that I can't believe it wouldn't be already known, but I didn't see it...)

Expected Results:
should replace "google.com" with "http://google.com", open a new tab, and load
the page
This behavior was also in Pheonix 0.5, but I think it occurred in more situations.
