Go to a page with some tables (i think you need that to cause it, but i'm quite unsure about this), see URL. Now notice the doubled content of the right side at the top (Button "New Thread") and moved some pixels sometimes right, sometimes up. See also the attached screenshot to this. When I scroll down (so that i don't see the button anymore) and scroll up again, this doubled content is gone again. Not only images, also the background color etc. of the table seem to be affected by this. I think this a regression because i haven't seen such behaviour in the builds before, the build this bug occours with is a cvs-trunk build from today.
Confirmed: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030604 Tried 1280x1024 and 800x600 resolution - still occurred. Intel 82845G integrated video. Not confirmed: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030606 S3 Trio64V2-DX card. XP issue?
