when composing a new message, one can choose the From-identity. mozilla displays
all the From-addresses from emailaccounts and newsaccounts. however this is not
good enough in my opinion.
a wish for the future is to separete from identities from the accounts.
there might be a default for each account.

this is a scenario i have: one IMAP/POP3 account with mailbox [e-mail].

then i have numer of aliases for the same mailbox

[e-mail]
[e-mail]

to be able to send emails from different identities i would need to create 3
accounts in mozilla.

however i would like to have something like in kmail 1.5.2 (KDE 3.1.2) where
identities, incomming accounts and outgoing account are all spepareted.

this makes it highly flexible, for example (with my laptop) at work i can check
all my incomming acounts, use different identities when sending mail, but use
only one smtp-server. then at home i can do the same but change the smtp-server
only.
