Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the above URL
2. Click either of the two drop-down menus
Actual Results:  
The menus are empty

Expected Results:  
The menus should include the names of IRS offices and divisions

If the URL doesn't work, do the following:

1. Open http://mof.gov.il/itc
2. Click "Meida latzibur" (public information) - ״מידע לציבור״
3. Click "Sh-ot kabalat kahal" (opening hours) - "שעות קבלת קהל"

When is Bugzilla going to use UTF-8? sigh...

Strange- I was sure I saw this bug here before, but I can not seem to find it in
bugzilla.

confirming with Camino 2003060704 and MozillaFirebird 20030607 on osx 10.2.6.

The website must have changed: it is no longer possible to reproduce the steps but I am pretty sure this is nowadays fixed.
