User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3.1) Gecko/20030425
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3.1) Gecko/20030425

Scrolling the page either vertically or horizontally does not refresh the mouse pointer if required, like if it is now on top of a link or NOT on top of a link anymore.

This bug also exists in 1.4rc1 and likely all versions under Win32.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a page which you have plenty of room to scroll
2. position the mouse over a link to generate the hand pointer
3. scroll with either the mouse wheel or better yet, cursor down to avoid moving the mouse. make sure the item now under the pointer should generate a regular arrow.

Actual Results:
The pointer remains a hand pointer as if still hovering over a link.

Expected Results:
The pointer should have been refreshed to a normal arrow pointer.
