It should be possible to pause a download, and continue it later, when the server supports it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download something 2. Cancel the download 3. Click agin on the originating link Actual Results: The download is continued Expected Results: I should be able to continue the download without going to the web page again.
