Using Mozilla on Red Hat Linux

Connecting to the internet with vwdial via a modem

If the connection drops, the download hangs. The 'progress' field shows it
continuing. The 'properties' box has 'progress' greyed out and shows the pause
button.

If i redial to the internet, the click 'pause', pause become resume.
If i click 'resume', the button changes to 'pause', but nothing happens.

It should resume downloading?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start downloading a file
2. break the connection to the internet
3. try and restart the download

Actual Results:
see above

Expected Results:
restarted the download

(the pause/resume button indicates that this is possible)
