208973 - remove CFM build files from NSPR

Description

Mozilla dropped support for CFM builds when mozilla 1.3 was released.  The files
under following directories are no longer needed:

nsprpub/macbuild
nsprpub/pr/tests/macbuild

The files have already been tagged with the CFM_LAST_RITES tag in case someone
needs to resurrect them.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.

I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.

All the files in
    mozilla/nsprpub/macbuild
    mozilla/nsprpub/pr/tests/macbuild
have been cvs removed on the NSPR trunk (NSPR 4.5).
