When I open a new tab none of the shortcut keys work AND I'm unable to
manually (by typing) change the URL address.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new tab in browser (v:1.2.1 on Mac OS 9)
2. Attempt to use a shortcut key OR change the url address
3.
Actual Results:
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
Expected Results:
I should be able to use shortcut keys and manually edit the url address

Please upgrade to most recent release version (1.3.1) or a nightly and see if
you can still get it to reproduce.
As it stands, this build is too old to report bugs against.
