User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Mac_PowerPC) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 When I open a new tab none of the shortcut keys work AND I'm unable to manually (by typing) change the URL address. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open new tab in browser (v:1.2.1 on Mac OS 9) 2. Attempt to use a shortcut key OR change the url address 3. Actual Results: Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Expected Results: I should be able to use shortcut keys and manually edit the url address
Please upgrade to most recent release version (1.3.1) or a nightly and see if you can still get it to reproduce. As it stands, this build is too old to report bugs against.
Also, see if bug 110718 might apply to this situation.
