At the web page, e.g., http://www.hotmail.com, all images are not loading.
Rather, only a series of question marks appears. I have seen this problem with
Netscape communicator 7.0/1. I have yet to find any webpage that displays
correctly - even the netscape page does not work!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. using 1.3.1 release or even 1.4.0b and the Win98 OS, open a mozilla browser.
2. enter the url: http://www.hotmail.com
3. enjoy the lack of images...

Actual Results:  
I saw no images

Expected Results:  
show all images rather than question marks

I am forced to use MS Navigator!!!!

Do you accept all images in 
edit\preferences\Privacy&Security\Images ?

Security was set such that all images were not accepted.
