User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030605
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030605

Everytime when my system is on low resources, and am browsing through mozilla.
When I focus on another window and return to Mozilla, the screen of mozilla has
a snapshot of the window I was working in before. The only way is to get around
it, is to close mozilla and re-open. But it happens again so you have to
restart. I'm on windows 98 first edition.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. System Low on memory
2. Browse My Documents
3. Return to Mozilla (ta-da) you have it

Actual Results:
Mozilla captured images of the files, if you'd move your cursor over some
buttons and textbars they would appear, but surrounded with the white background
of my documents. The only thing that seems to appear find the titlebar of the
window.

Expected Results:
Show the page, with all it's html attributes.

The theme doesn't seem to have any affect on the problem, I ran classic and
modern and both seem to have the same effect.
