difficult to view images in image off mode

when i choose "do not load any images " from the prefernce menu and right click
on the image place holder and choose view image other browsers load the image on
the web page itself but here in mozziila is it diffrent it opens in a separate page 
this is eally bugging me pls change this behaviour

If you right click on the image you are given a menu.
If you select "View Image" the image is viewed.
What are you selecting?  (Because "Open in New Window", will
open it in a new window!)

no, it seems to me like the reporter wants to "replace" the image placeholder
with the actual image (which would be loaded from the network)

Ah, I got confused by the reporters use of "view image" as opposed to
saying IE's "Show Picture", or "Open Link"...

So does this mean we should add another option to the right click menu?
Well, if you ask me, we should use the current "view image" option for this:
o) If the image is not currently loaded, load the image and display it in place
o) If it is, show only the image (=current behaviour)
