Error messages should be highlightable - to allow copying of the text

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Turn your smtp server off.  or try and send an email to a server that you are
not allowed to access.
2.see the error dialog appear
3.

Actual Results:  
realise that you can not copy the text to send to the sysadmin.

Expected Results:  
The text should be copyable, either because it is in a highlightable box, or
generally the dialogs can be highlighted etc

Duplicate of bug 60513 which aims to make *all* dialog texts selectable.
(which would be great IMO)
