The buttons on the left hand side of the preferences window stay
half-highlighted  when you click on them and then move the mouse off the button
*while holding down the mouse button*.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools|Options...
2. Click on any button other that the current serected one
3. Move mouse off button while holding mouse button down

Actual Results:  
The button is now half-highlighted. I can now make three buttons highlighted,
one fully highlighted and two half-highlighted.

Expected Results:  
The button should become un-half-highlighted (if that makes sense).
