When loading the above URL (and when the page loads a banner for HP made in
flash) the right column where the flash file resides is visible in a flickering
way in the left navigation column.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the above URL.
2. Make sure that you see the banner for HP made in flash.
3. Watch the left navigation column.

Actual Results:  
The left navigation column flickers with the content in the right column.
Then it dissapears and the page looks OK.

Expected Results:  
Not shown the right column banner in that strange way in the left navigation column.

confirming: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030615

1. shows only, while flash ad is loading at the right side, but not all ads
served are flash.
2. shows also, when reloading flash ad with shift-Reload, and flash is loaded again
3. Ad may change on Reload, if not flash, effect not seen.

I see a worse case of this on http://cube.ign.com/?fromint=1  I thought it might
have to do with the recent delayed drawing problem, but those patches have been
backed out and I still see this.

I think this is related to bug 132337.
I've noticed that the flash ad resides in a div#globalcontentcenter with float:left.

I can't see the bug anymore in the page (no flash ad), but I am quite sure it is
fixed in the recent nightlies by the fix for bug 238493.
