mailto links are broken in the build 2003061508.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://developer.netscape.com/viewsource/husted_mailto/mailto.html
2. Click on "send email" link under "THE BASICS OF MAILTO URLS"
Actual Results:
Dialog with "is not a registered protocol." comes up.
Expected Results:
It should have created a new e-mail compose window.
WFM 1.4rc1, Win2k
This seems to be the same as bug 209328. There is also a Linux bug(194717) with
the same error.
