If a page containing a button is scrolled slowly down, so that the button comes
into view one row of pixels at a time, the bottom few rows of the button don't
get drawn.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org>
2. Resize window so that the "Find" button is off the bottom
3. Scroll window down very slowly by dragging the scroll thumb until the whole
button has appeared. Try to ensure that the window has fully redrawn after each
pixel of movement.
[ if this doesn't work, try a different window size -- the precise height seems
to matter ]
Actual Results:
The bottom edge of the button is missing.
Expected Results:
The entire button should be drawn, as it is when the page is scrolled quickly.
