If no "alternate text" is defined ?, tooltip is displayed with the last text of
the previously displayed tooltip

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mouse over a truncated message title and get the full title displayed as tooltip
2. go to the "get mail message" menu for a given account (be fast enough not to
get the tooltip associated to "get all new messages"
3. stay over one account and get the tooltip message

Actual Results:  
the previous message title is displayed as tooltip of the "get new messages" for
a given account menu.

Expected Results:  
"Get All New Mesages for 'account name'" ??
nothing ?

not really critical but gives the impression to be an unstable software

very very similar indeed
but not associated to parent menu buttons tooltips, just the last tooltip that
was dislayed

still there in 1.7.3, I didn't test more recent ones
