Every time mail/news starts there is an error that shows up in the JS Console.

  error: redeclaration of const MSG_FOLDER_FLAG_TRASH
         sourcefile: chrome://messenger/content/commandglue.js

The results of this error seems to be the inability to manually delete mail that
resides in the JUNK folder. The first message can be deleted but the 2nd, 3rd,
etc. message cannot until shutdown/restart. Then the problem starts all over again.

This is 100% reproducible.

Deleting the .msf files has no effect.

I didn't think to look for the actual error message. This bug was originaly
filed in March. I haven't seen this bug before in 1.4x
