In the page http://www.netbeans.org/ the tabbed panes (which are created by a
table) looks wrongs due to a text overflow on the right of each cell.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.netbeans.org/
2. see how bad the tabbed panes looks


Actual Results:  
a text overflow on the right of each cell

Expected Results:  
no text overflow on the right of each cell

Mozilla 1.3.1 haven't got this bug. It seems to be a new bug. Only 1.4RC1 and
1.4RC2 are concerned.
