The message is: The instruction 0x610f0769 referenced memory at 0x4396561. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate. This happens even when I click on the Mozilla link image. Hem Ramachandran Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.install mozilla 1.4rc2 2. 3. Actual Results: a pop up window; mozilla.exe Application Error. Expected Results: start up mozilla.
Reporter: Have you uninstalled any existing Mozilla version first? More importantly, is the target directory completely empty?

When I removed the directory mozilla.org/mozilla and reinstalled everything worked fine.
