Actually, the middle button (not the wheel) don´t have an event associate with
it, like the wheel with scroll.

I suggest to produce the scroll too with the middle button like other browers
(Opera, IE, ..). It´s very useful to move in a large page with a click of middle
and the velocity with the movement of mouse.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. simple click the middle button in a browser window with a web load

Expected Results:  
Scroll with the middle button like the wheel of mouse
