[DOGFOOD] text gets pasted twice in location bar

Often when pasting text into the location bar, it gets pasted in twice for me.
Here's the sequence of events:
1. First copy a URL to the clipboard (in some other application).
2. Click on the location bar text. This will change its font (to bigger) and
put the cursor at the beginning of the line (I assume this bug has already been
filed a zillion times).
3. Double-click the text to select it all. Ctrl-V to paste text in. You'll see
the text pasted twice.
