210126 - Changed printer property (pages per sheet) not used on all pages when printing multiple messages

When printing multiple messages, if you change the "Pages per sheet" property,
only the first message is printed with two pages per sheet.  The rest are
printed one page per sheet.

I'm using an HP 8100PS.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select multiple messages
2. Click print
3. When dialog shows, click properties
4. Change pages per side to something other than 1
5. Click OK
Actual Results:  
First message is printed with multiple pages per sheet, the rest are not.

Expected Results:  
Print all messages the same as the first.
