Live camera feeds on Polish web site http://www.krosno.pl/ of  “City view” and
“3rd of May Constitution Square“ in Polish and English versions do not work. 
All plugs-ins are installed including Java 1.4.  The browser is receiving data
while in the live camera feeds mode because the “receiving” and “transmitting”
lights on a cable modem are almost constantly on.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to: http://www.krosno.pl/
- Select: “Wersja polska” (or Polish version) on bottom of the screen
- On the left hand side, on very bottom select “Kamera” link
- In the center of the screen feed from live camera should appear.  The only
this appears for a short time is a Java icon and gray square.
- On top right hand side click “Pl. Konst. 3 Maja “ link. This is different live
feed from another camera.

- Go to: http://www.krosno.pl/
- Select: “English version” on bottom of the screen
- On the left hand side, on the bottom of the bottom select “City view” link
- In the center of the screen feed from live camera from “Market Square” should
appear.  
- The only this appears for a short time is a Java icon and gray square.
On top right hand side click “3rd of May Constitution Square“ link. This is
different live feed from another camera from 3rd of May Constitution Square




Actual Results:  
In the center of the screen feed from live camera should appear.  The only thing
appears for a short time is a Java icon and gray square.


Expected Results:  
Feed from live camera of “City view” and “3rd of May Constitution Square“


When those links are opened on the same machine and OS using IE 6.0 they work
just fine.  Live feeds of “City view” and “3rd of May Constitution Square“ can
can be viewed.

Confirming with Mozilla trunk build 2003052304 on WinNT4.0.
