Blocking images from a site should still show the alt text of the img in their place (Image Manager)

When selecting with the Image Manager to block images from a site, the images
are not displayed but their boxes are shown in place, and nothing else. Showing
the alt text would be a welcome enhancement.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any site, like for example
http://www.stopdesign.com/articles/css/replace-text/
2. Select Block Images from this Site from the Tools->Image Manager
3. Reload the page
Actual Results:
You don't see the images on the page.
Expected Results:
As an enhancement, Mozilla could show the alt text.
