Details

This is the bug for the new build tools for the HPUX 11.00 build environment.  I
need to make a few more treaks before dumping them on Salerno for mounting.

New HPUX 11 build tools are ready for tinderbox use.  They have been copied to
salerno:/builds/11local.  I'm trying to get them mounted on Siena now.

builds on Siena breaking as tinderbox is misconfigured on where to find gtk+:

../configure[4781]: /build/local/bin/gtk-config:  not found.

All is working correctly now.  Had a typo in the tinderbox build script.
