The tab-bar view should be relocatable.
That is, it should easaly be configured to appear on any side of the
HTML-rendering canvas (top, bottom, left side, right side).
Main reason for requesting this is that, although tabs are a great feature, tabs
infer with the horisontal screen-estate (which, of course, usually is the most
important 'stretch' for browsers).
Having the tabs on the right/left side is an option advanced users of
galeon/opera almost can't live without.
