Linux 2003062512 - 1. Create a filter on a mailbox with existing mail. The filter I created moved mail to a different folder. 2. Select the filter. 3. Click 'Run Now'. Nothing happens. I expect my mail to get moved into their respective folders. :-)
accepting, I'll look into this regression.

I remember seeing this on a build from last week and had forgotten to file. I think the build was 20030619. So it's at least a week old bug.
just tried a debug, win2k build, on pop (my imap server is down), and this worked. I'll try imap when the server is back, and then try linux.
my move filter is working on imap, on win32 debug, too. I'll try linux next.
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030630 a simple move filter, based on "To" is working for me on this mornings trunk linux bits, from ftp.mozilla.org, IMAP server. I'm not able to reproduce this problem yet.
I'm stupid. I had set up several filters with 'Sender' instead of 'To or cc' which is what I wanted. Seth, sorry about wasting your time on this one. It works just fine when I write the correct filters.

Although I think this was provoked by the fact that right clicking on an email address in the 'To' field and selecting 'Create Filter From Message' should have been smarter and created the 'To or CC' filter rather than a 'Sender' filter. I'll file a different bug about that.
