When selecting the certificate viewer on some certificate, both the "General"
and "Details" tab are empty, see attachment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the https URL
2.Select the lock (Signed by Hasso-Plattner-Institut)
3.Select "View"

Actual Results:  
Mozilla displays an empty dialog

Expected Results:  
It should display the host certificate
