after deinstalling version 1.3 and reinstalling version 1.4 rc3, the browser
cannot start. the error-message is: xpcom.dll error
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. deinstalling rc3
2. shuting down Norton AV and Kerio Firewall
3. reinstalling rc3
Actual Results:
same as before
bug 210731 might prevent this problem.
reporter, try uninstalling the mozilla, delete the left over mozilla folder, and
then reinstall mozilla.
