Under Windows 98 SE, QuickLaunch in build 2003062608 causes my computer to
freeze on start. 128MB RAM 300Mzh processer. To fix, boot into Safe Mode, run
msconfig and unselect Mozilla QuickLaunch.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With a Windows 98 computer, install Mozilla build 20030626.
2. It works.
3. Restart your computer, it freezes and won't boot.

Actual Results:
Computer did not finish booting.

Expected Results:
Computer should have kept booting all the way.

Frozen program (Not Responding) was Msdtcw. I know, it isn't Mozilla, but
disabling QuickLaunch fixed it. What _is_ Msdtcw, does anyone know?
Taj,

check out the following links to see what Msdctw is - or how it lives on your
computer.

I think this is known problem with this file, not QuickLaunch - I run on my
Win98 without this problem
You were right. I had a problem with Msdtcw. I should do more research before I
report a bug in mozilla ;-).
