Fortis Bank has introduced a new version of their online banking system, with a separate 'access key' (key generator, works with PIN card) instead of the dongle with its special card. This also includes a new website, which works with Mozilla. Listed on their site are the supported browsers: Windows: Internet Explorer: version 5.5 SP2 or 6 SP1 Netscape Navigator: version 6 or higher Mozilla version 1.0 or higher Mac: Internet Explorer: version 5.1 or higher (not recommended) Netscape Navigator: version 6 or higher (for Mac OS 8, OS 9 en OS X) Mozilla versie 1.0 or higher Safari Linux is not listed, but I guess all Mozilla browsers will work there as well. According to the people I spoke with, new customers get the new system, while it is also slowly being distributed to existing customers. The bank's homepage doesn't work in Mozilla yet (www.fortisbank.com, bug 153592), which means the new online banking site can be hard to reach. Bookmark https://www.fortisbanking.com/home_identification.asp and use that to log in. I guess all this means that this bug is fixed, or at least will be once the new system is rolled out completely and the old one is retired.
(In reply to comment #5) Thanks for the elaborate feedback! Marking this fixed per your comments. Updating the Whiteboard with instructions for how to log on until they fix the cause of bug 153592. If someone still experiences problems please provide feedback.
