But in the title bar, lithuanian characters are replaced with garbage symbols. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to www.lrytas.lt 2. 3. Actual Results: Lithuanian characters are replaced by garbage symbols Expected Results: Lithuanian characters should be displayed. i'm running windows 2000, sp3. ATI graphics card.

Alright, you moved issue's OS to windows 2000, but the problem happened on Linux (Red Hat 7.0) on my computer.
This works fine in RH8, by the way (and in recent Windows 2000 builds) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 150131 ***
