Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130
I've had this problem several times while working on different machines, I
haven't noticed if it's everytime. the images in a web page remain the same
after reloading and even after history clearance. for shame, iexplore can do it!
(I reported it as "blocker" because it's quite a stopper when using mozilla to
develop web pages, not mozilla itself...)
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.load a local file
2.change the images included in the <img> tags in the file
3.reload the file
Actual Results:
the images wouldn't change
Expected Results:
the images should change...
theme: classic
with others: haven't tried

It's not a blocker because it doesn't block Moz development.
Severity: blocker → normal

a) This doesn't block Mozilla developing
b) You version is to old to report bugs (latest milestone [=1.4] or up to 2
weeks
old build)
c) This is either fixed or a dupe
d) use "shift+reload"
Severity: normal → major
