211856 - Location bar should display URL it is currently loading

The location bar should immediately update with the new URL when you following a
link or submit a form (currently it waits for a response from the server first).
I have several reasons:

1) The user should know what page is being loaded.
2) It should be possible to press ESC and then tweak the URL without having to
   wait for the page to load.
3) It would make the feature suggested in Bug 211855 much more usable ;-)
