When unchecking the Saved Form Information option (so as to not save data, as it
is on by default), form information is still saved. The pop up window asking to
save the vaulues I filled out appears on all sites, except those in which it is
automatically saving the form (such as google).

Have reproduced on all websites containing forms, have also completely
reinstalled browser (replacing program folder and user preferences folder).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uncheck saved form information
2. Use website with forms

Actual Results:  
All forms were either automatically saved or a pop up asked if I wished to save
the form information. I suspect (but have not checked) whether these two
behavious were dependant on the specific webpage.

Expected Results:  
Not kept the form information, and not made a pop up about it.

[Used Default Theme] Indirectly Related to bug (reccomendation for after
fixing): Perhaps an option to allow specific websites to save form information,
when the feature is turned off (much like pop up window prevention currently works).
