21218 - Reply to a mail with Netcenter Japan attachment leads to application crash

In plain text and viewing attachment inline mode, replying to
a mail with Netcenter Japan attachment leads to application crash.

Steps of reproduce:
1. set  plain text mode and view aatchment line mode.
2. Go to http://home.netscape.home/ja
3. Select File | Send Page..
4. Select Edit | Encoding | Japanese (iso-2022-jp)
5. Send the page to your testing account.
6. After receiving the mail, highlight the mail and click on Reply button

The application crashes after the reply compose page comes up.
The error message on the console says:
RECEIVE CALLBACK: OnHeadersReady

ji, do you have a stack trace or talkback incident? And, do you think this is a
dup of bug 18312? Looks pretty similar to me.
