Details
This has been intermittently appearing for me and I can now reproduce at will.
1) open a folder on the bookmarks toolbar
2) right click on a bookmark
3) click somewhere in the browser content window, the menu and context menu
should collapse, but the folder does not complete the collapse. Right clicking
on the folder gives a collapse option.
At this point the keyboard functionality is lost.
To restore it, switch tabs and right-click the folder and choose collapse.
Open it again and click on a bookmark. The toolbar collapses properly and you
can again get keyboard focus.
This was not in 0.6 and should get fixed before 0.7 because its a
high-visibility bug (it happens in other situations, this is the easiest
replication I have) and leads to a lot of user frustration.
This is probably a duplicate of bug 210910.
