With "browser.formfill.enable" set to false, the damn annoying "Do you want to
remember the values you filled in?" dialog box keep on popping up with some forms.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set "browser.formfill.enable" to false
2. Go to a recruitsoft.com site, i.e.
http://jpmchase.recruitsoft.com/servlets/CareerSection?art_ip_action=FlowDispatcher&flowTypeNo=13&alt=1&art_servlet_language=en&csNo=2
3. Select a job and start to fill in personal information


Actual Results:  
The damn "Do you want to remember the values you filled in?" dialog box comes up

Expected Results:  
the dialog box shouldn't have come up at all
Please look for duplicates before opening a bug.

I don't see Bug 199819 mentioned about the "Do you want to
remember the values you filled in?" dialog box.
The dialog box shouldn't have popped up at all if the "browser.formfill.enable"
is set to false
Taking QA and mass verification of dupe, invalid and wontfix autocomplete bugs.
