Within the "Manage Bookmarks" window, I can successfully sort bookmarks in
either direction or not at all.  However, after closing that window, when I
click on the Bookmarks menu item, the bookmarks have lost whatever sorting I
selected.  They appear as unsorted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Manage Bookmarks"
2. Sort bookmarks in ascending order.
3. Close the "Manager Bookmarks" window.
4. From the menu, click "Bookmarks"
5. Observe the sorting of the bookmarks.

Actual Results:  
The bookmarks are unsorted.

Expected Results:  
The bookmarks should have retained the sorting order selected in the "Manage
Bookmarks" window.
