Details
When you go back to, or reload, an XSLT-generated page formfields loose their
values and are reset to whatever is 'in the markup' (i.e. whatever the XSLT
generates).

I have also noticed on firefox in linux that if you refresh the page (xslt
generated form) and then switch to another application and back, firefox will
not let you use the form fields (doesn't happen always, maybe 20% of the time).
You can click on a field once but after that all clicks and key presses are
discarded in the form - links still work. If you click on a drop down field
then it displays the list but when you click on an item it acts as if you have
clicked out of the list (default entry is still there). I don't know if this is
related to this bug or not.

Is anyone still seeing this issue? Looks like it was fixed at some point as Firefox 26 is now remembering form fields when I navigate away and then click back while on a page using client side XSL.
