if you type continuously into a text field in a form, with no white space to trigger word wrap, typed text extends past right edge of type-in area

If I type something like this into a text field in a form:
asdflaksjdf;alsdkjfa;lsdkfjsdlkjfasld;kfjas;ldkfjasd;lfkjas;dlfkjasdl;fkjasdlfkjasd;lfkjasd;flkajsdf;laskjdfl;a
the text can extend past right edge of typein area.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to native instruments user forum, add a new thread

2. type without white space in the message text field.
3. text typed in extends past right eddge of text field.

Actual Results:  
text typed in extends past right eddge of text field.


Expected Results:  
horizontal scroll bar appears, and text scrolls right as you type.
this forum is password protected, so I zipped up the page in question
