When accessing an https site that has an SSL certificate issued by
http://certs.ipsca.com/ , a window opens up which says "could not verify this
certificate for unknown reasons".
Reproducible: Sometimes

When I visit the cited URL, I get the usual dialog about a cert from an
unknown/untrusted CA. This is standard behavior.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED

So, why not make IPS CA a known and trusted CA?
