After customizing the toolbar and having the location bar as the last piece on
the navigation toolbar, the web sites are displayed off the left side of the
screen when the drop down button is clicked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View...Toolbars...Customize
2. Drag the search bar off the navigation toolbar leaving the location bar as
the right-most icon and click done
3. When you click the down arrow to display the latest typed web sites, it sizes
off the left side of the screen

Actual Results:  
The drop down box sized off the left side of the screen

Expected Results:  
The drop down box should have been placed directly below the location bar.

Placing a separator at the end works around the problem because the location bar
is no longer the last item on the navigation bar.
