This problem could be related to the printing problem reported in Mozilla 1.4 in the bug report below : http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213179 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Generate an email in Mozilla 1.4 with text content as shown in "Details" 2.Send email to user who is running Mozilla 1.3.1. 3.User receiving email should print to see flaw that appears as underlined text Actual Results: The user running Mozilla 1.3.1 will see text in email unnecessarily underlined when printed. Expected Results: The text should not have been underlined.
If the problem is receiving mail with an old version, then nothing can be done to fix it except upgrading your Mozilla 1.3.1 to 1.4 Invalid.

See bug report #213179. The #213179 bug report presents a printing bug introduced by Mozilla 1.4. The bug reported in this present report should not be classified as Resolved Invalid because there is a good possibility that Mozilla 1.4 is corrupting text content during created email and is also corrupting font sizes when printing text based email.
