213294 - View IMAP account as threads creates dozens of blank entries

This happens every time for me on build 2003071208.
If I do view, sort by, thread, I immediately get dozens of blank messages added
to my inbox with blank subject, sender, and date. They are unreadable and
undeletable.

If I change the sort back to by date, the blank messages persist.

I think this is yet again another example of munged msf files because if I
delete the file for the inbox, sanity is restored.

Actually restarting Mozilla seems to fix this without remaking the .msf file.
But it should not happen at all.
