I have a website at http://www.mauvesoft.co.uk/ which has a /favicon.ico. There
is a subsite at http://www.mauvesoft.co.uk/qeez/ which uses a <link
rel="shortcut icon"> tag to provide the subsite with a different icon
(/qeez/favicon.ico).

Upon visiting /qeez, Mozilla picks the correct icon for the tab bar, but the
wrong icon for the address bar. Reloading the page cures this, but only until
the page is changed or the tab is swapped. Bookmarks also show the same
behaviour; only the tab bar seems to be correct all the time.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Display the tab bar
2. Visit www.mauvesoft.co.uk/qeez



Actual Results:  
The icon in the tab bar is the correct icon as specifies in a <link> tag, but
the address bar shows the icon from the server root.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should display in the address bar the icon specified in the page.

The wrong link is written into the bookmarks file.

Using different combination of <link rel="icon"> and <link rel="shortcut icon">
in the page change the behaviour slightly, in that when both are specified
Mozilla correctly picks up on the icon in the first place. This does not
alleviate the problem however, as even if initially picked up correctly, upon
swapping tab the wrong icon is again displayed.
