with the fixes that I've got for bug 18420, there's kind of an odd side effect where you have to press the up arrow button twice on the scrollbar in order to get it to actually scroll. I'm not sure why this is happening, but it's not nearly as critical as bug 18420, which is a PDT+ bug. Note that until I actually fix 18420, this bug isn't even relevant.

oh, I just attached it to 18420
I just verified bug 18420, but I don't see this bug. I talked to alec and he told me this was fixed too, so this can be resolved as fixed and I will verify.
